What is Hard Rock Cincinnati: A Hotel and Casino Overview

Hard Rock Cincinnati, also known as Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati’s predecessor during its brief stint in 2013, serves as a significant landmark within the city’s gaming industry landscape. The current establishment, following rebranding under Hard Rock International’s ownership, has developed into an amalgamation of entertainment, hospitality, and gaming services.

History of Rebranding

In April 2020, Caesars Entertainment, the previous owner of Horseshoe Cincinnati, announced its sale to Vici Properties in a deal worth approximately $3.69 billion. As part of this agreement, VICI would acquire real estate hardrockcasinocincinnati.ca assets associated with nine gaming properties from Caesars, while Eldorado Resorts (since merged with Caesars) retained operational control over these facilities through leases.

A significant consequence of the sale was Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati being rebranded as HRC. In its current form under Hard Rock International’s management, it integrates elements from both casino and hotel operations to provide an enhanced gaming experience for visitors.
